Terre des hommes

40, former journalist, Vincent Tournecuillert worked as a freelance reporter specialised in countries in crisis. Since 1995, he is involved in international solidarity programs, within projects specialised in child protection and development for the youth (1995: Iraqi Kurdistan - 96-97: Bosnia Herzegovina - 98-00: Yemen - 01-05: Albania). Since mid 2005, Vincent Tournecuillert is the Head of the Regional Child Protection Office for Central and South Eastern Europe for the Swiss foundation Terre des hommes – Child Relief.

For the past ten years, together with the national and regional teams of Terre des hommes, Vincent Tournecuillert contributed to the development of a specific model of action to fight child trafficking in Europe. The description of TACT model (Transnational Action against Child Trafficking) can be found here: tdh-childprotection.org In 2002, TACT received the Human Rights Prize from the French Republic, with the yearly theme ‘Fight against impunity.'

Today, Terre des hommes – Child Relief is launching a new campaign with the International Federation terredeshommes.org, to protect the ‘children on the move’ all over the world.
