Carolina De Los Rios, Ph.D. currently serves as Polaris’ Client Services Supervisor. Dr. De Los Rios’ research and published work have focused on immigrant women and minority groups in the Baltimore Washington Metropolitan Area.  Her record of achievement is extensive and she has been noted for her work in the areas of equality and justice for minority groups, and the struggle to end violence against all women.

C. De Los Rios has a Ph.D. in Language, Literacy and Culture from University of Maryland, a M.A. in Counseling Psychology, and a B.A. in Psychology.
